What this website collects

When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type into it: your name, the institute or organisation you name, your email address and/or mobile number, city, the exams and numbers you choose, and your message. We also count page views — which page, which language, and the kind of site you came from (for example a search engine). We do not store your IP address, set advertising or tracking cookies, or use third-party analytics on this website.

How it is used

Your enquiry is used only to reply to you about it, by email, phone or WhatsApp as you allowed. Page counts are used only to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.

Where it is kept

On the platform's servers in India (AWS, Mumbai), with nightly encrypted backups. Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent, at any time, through the contact page. The fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a normal web request from your browser.

The platform itself

Your account on the AI Mentor platform — your answers, marks and activity — is covered by the platform's own terms, shown when you create an account.
